We started with a clear thesis: enterprise teams are sitting on complex processes, disconnected systems, and strategies that never make it to execution. AI can close that gap, but only if it's built alongside the people who live inside those problems every day.
Our sales network led us to PMO and portfolio leaders first. That's where the pain was loudest. Our most mature accelerator, the AI Portfolio & Delivery Suite, is what sparked the most excitement. So that's where we focused: demoing in our XLeratorAI Workspace, listening to what was missing, and adding features in days, not sprints.
The clients we found didn't just evaluate what we built. They helped us build it. Every session made the product sharper. Every piece of feedback went straight back into the XLeratorAI Workspace. Then we demoed again. Then we set up their own Client Workspace. That's the model. And it works.
Three enterprise clients now have active Client Workspaces — Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Healthcare. v2.0 is shipped, bringing the full AI Developer Agent pipeline to life: Blueprint Generator produces Epics and Stories, loads them into Jira via Data Orchestrator, and the AI Developer Agent reads, builds, commits, and opens a pull request — with a built-in quality gate ensuring every story is ready for autonomous development.
That same speed has now proven out beyond direct clients. Stage Gate Intelligence — our first white-labeled reseller product — was built and deployed in weeks by combining Portfolio Intelligence with the AI Analysis and Recommendations engine from DependencyIQ. A second reseller partner is already in queue. The thesis is validated: reusable accelerators mean weeks to market, not months.
